When you send an inquiry

The form collects your name, email address, selected program and message. Depending on the request, it also collects playing experience, approximate area, preferred times, player count, organization or a broad youth age band. Your request is stored in this website's database and is available to MO through a private owner inbox. It is used to respond to your inquiry and arrange the service you request.

Inquiry submission does not sign you up for marketing. Please do not include sensitive medical details, payment information, children's names, or match footage. Parents and guardians should submit their own contact information.

Hosting and security

This website uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure to serve pages and store inquiries. The form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions. Hosting providers may process technical logs to operate and protect the service. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT.

Payments on Venmo

The Pay now link opens the Pickleball Forever business profile on Venmo. Venmo processes your payment under its privacy policy. This website does not collect bank or card details and does not automatically receive or verify payment status. MO uses the transaction details provided through Venmo to confirm payment and arrange your service or order.

Newsletter and external links

Newsletter signup happens on Substack and is governed by Substack's privacy policy. Social links open the relevant platform. Story cover images may load from Substack's image servers. These providers receive the technical information required to deliver their content.

For questions, corrections, or a request to delete your inquiry, contact pickleball.forever@outlook.com. Include the email used for your inquiry or its reference number. Requests are retained for inquiry follow-up; no fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured.
